Ingredients : (For 2 cups)
Water – 2 & 1/2 cups
Grated amla – 2 (remove seed)
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Grated jaggery – 2 tbsp ( adjust according to your taste)
- Heat water in a pan and let it boil. Add grated amla, ginger and fennel.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes on low heat. After 10 minutes switch off the flame and add jaggery.o
- Cover it for 1 minute and then filter tea. Enjoy
