This cozy, comforting Mandarin Ginger Tea for one is ready to go in under 10 minutes. Made with fresh mandarin orange, ginger, and with masala chai powder is a quick way to warm up. It pairs well with books, cozy blankets, and chilly nights or crisp mornings.

Mandarins are a delicious and healthy way to do this, whether you’re after a tasty snack to have on the go or want to enhance your go-to salad with some citrus flavour. Mandarins are a great, tasty, low-calorie winter fruit, packed with plenty of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals to keep you and your family healthy during the cooler months.

Ingredients : (For 2 cups)
Water – 2 & 1/2 cups
Chopped mandarin – 2 (remove white pith)
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Chai ka masala – 1/2 tsp

Mandarin Ginger Tea

Method :

  1. Heat water in a pan and let it boil.
  2. Add ginger with chopped mandarins and chai ka masala. Mash all ingredients with a potato masher.
  3. Let it boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Then filter tea and enjoy. Fresh fruit tea.

This Kiwi Apple Orange Smoothie is dairy-free smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. This sweet and fiber-rich smoothie is a powerhouse of Vitamin c. Apples are high in fiber which helps to control your blood sugar levels and make you feel fuller longer.


Whereas, Orange and Kiwi ( I used Sungold Kiwi) are high in Vitamin c and antioxidants.  I also added soaked dry fruits – almonds and walnuts which make this smoothie healthier.

Fruit Smoothie


Kiwi – 1 (peel and chopped)
Apple – 1 (chopped with skin)
Fresh juice of 2 oranges
Soaked almonds & walnuts – 3 tbsp

Dairy Free Smoothie


  1. In a blender add chopped kiwi, apple with fresh orange juice and dry fruits.
  2. Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy delicious and quick smoothie.

I really liked making these fruit popsicles because they are super easy and healthy. It is as simple as cutting up your favorite fresh fruits and arranging them in the popsicle mold.

Orange Kiwi Popsicles

The added bonus is these popsicles are made of fresh fruits, NO SUGAR added. In this popsicles, I used freshly squeezed orange juice, kiwi to fill out the molds and they turned out super delicious.

No Sugar Summer Healthy Treat – Kid’s Favorite

Kiwi green flesh is sweet and tangy. It’s also full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber. Whereas, Oranges are well known for their vitamin C content. It boosts your immune system and improves your skin; they also aid with heart health, cholesterol levels.

Goodness Of Fruit

Ripe Kiwi – 4
Fresh Orange Juice – 2 cups ( Juice of 6 Oranges)


  1. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and place in a blender or food processor with the orange juice (with dough chopper ).
  2. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a popsicle mould.
  3. Now tap the moulds. Freeze them for 6 hours.
  4. For Demold Popsicles – Run under warm water until popsicles slide out of the mould.


  • Don’t grind kiwi in the blender else kiwi seeds will grind along with the pulp.
